T&Cs & General Info

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of Malta & Gozo aged 18 and over.

• Participants must have access to a stable internet connection and a valid email address for registration.

• Employees or direct affiliates of the organizer (Clueo) are not eligible to win prizes.

2. Entry & Participation

• A valid ticket purchase (€3.99 per player) is required to enter the quiz.

• Tickets are non-refundable, including in cases of internet issues, inability to participate, or failure to complete the quiz.

• Participants must register with their real name and valid contact details to claim prizes.

• Only one entry per participant is allowed. Multiple accounts may result in disqualification.

3. Quiz Format & Scoring

• The quiz consists of 15 questions of varying difficulty.

• You have 6 minutes to answer all questions.

• Questions may be multiple-choice, number guess, or word guess.

• The game will be time-limited, and scores will be based on correct answers & response speed.

• In case of a tie, the participant who answered fastest will rank higher.

4. Prizes & Winner Selection

• Prizes are as follows:
  🥇 1st Place: €150
  🥈 2nd Place: €100
  🥉 3rd Place: €50

• Winners will be announced via Facebook on Saturday 1st March after 15:00. 

• Prizes will be sent electronically within 7 business days after winner verification.

5. Disqualification & Fair Play

• No external help, cheating, or sharing answers is allowed.

• Participants suspected of using bots, multiple accounts, or unfair play may be disqualified.

• The organizer’s decision on all matters is final.

6. Technical Issues & Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for participant internet failures, software crashes, or device issues.

• If a major technical failure affects the quiz (e.g., server crash), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or offer a fair alternative.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Participants’ personal data will only be used for competition purposes (e.g., prize distribution & winner announcements).

• The organizer will not share participant data with third parties.

8. Amendments & Governing Law

• The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules or cancel the competition if necessary.

• The competition is governed by Maltese law, and any disputes shall be settled in Malta.
